These are oranges from the Cao Phong region in Northern Vietnam. They have a sweeter flavor than those found in Europe and their distinctive taste comes from the fertile soil found in this mountainous area. The oranges can only be harvested once per year which means they spend all year growing in the special climate found in the region.
